Weekly Group Training - Winter
Our weekly group training sessions over winter are Bring-Your-Own wind trainer sessions. 

Meet at 5:45am to get set up and start your warmup, ready to get into intervals at 6am. Finish by 7am for coffee at Get Ya Fix

Everyone will work at their own pace, so these are suitable for any level of rider. The main focus is on fitness, with some sessions working on pedaling efficiency. 
Session details:
When: Every Wednesday 5:45 - 7am 
Where: Meet and finish at Victor's Cycle Club, 471 William St Perth, free street parking is available 
Cost: $10 per person per session 
Any cancellations will be communicated via Fusion Cycle Coaching Facebook page by lunchtime of the day before.
