Training Programs
A training program provides you with specific details of what cycling training you should do each day. The training programs are customised to your specific needs, including your goals, training zones, strengths and weaknesses, and availability.
Your data is analysed to provide feedback, adjust training zones and develop workouts that target specific needs. 
Pricing for training programs ranges from $70 per month for one interval session per week (no data analysis) to $250 per month for a complete training program (discounted to $225 per month if you sign up for three months or more).

Weekly Group Training
One-on-One Coaching Session
One-on-one coaching sessions can be a great way to get specific feedback on your technique and hone your skills and abilities. 
Indicative pricing for 1.5 hour session is $90.

Training Camps
Two previous training camps have been held in Denmark, WA, and have focused on long hilly rides. The latest training camp was mountain-bike focused and held in Margaret River. 
I welcome queries and expressions of interest for topics and dates for future training camps. Possibilities include:
Beginners / intermediate riders - focus on skills and increasing distance - seeking expressions of interest. Likely timing March - April 2017.
